The Aging & Disability Resource Center of La Crosse County, La Crosse Parks & Recreation Department and Dementia Friendly Community Coalition are excited to invite you to Free Live Performances. The Remember Project: One act plays.
The performances are free of charge and open to all in our community with the intent of promoting awareness, providing education regarding memory loss and dementia and creating conversation to improve services, support and understanding. You do not need to know anyone impacted by dementia to attend. Enjoy a performance with friends and family. We encourage all to attend!
Steering into the Skid–Through 12 short scenes, the play takes you on a one-year journey with Tim and Amanda in their
car, bearing witness to the early progression of dementia. This event includes the performance and
facilitated discussion to help you learn more and increase awareness, as well as provide valuable
resources for you, your family or friends who are experiencing the effects of memory loss.
