Anyone can go to the gym. Enjoy nature with these outdoor fitness classes while reducing stress, increasing happiness, and having more energy. On select dates in May and June, attend free outdoor fitness sessions called Fresh Air Fitness presented by Winona State University Rochester Campus Activity Board and RDA in downtown Rochester public spaces.
