Ditch the tie, for our 6th Annual “No Tie Event” to benefit the Rock Foundation brought to you by Paul’s Heating and Air Conditioning, Great River Harley Davidson and Schneider Accounting.

Saturday, November 4th, enjoy a special night of delicious food and beer/wine pairings in Piggy’s Ballroom! Each dish is specially prepared by Chef Chris, for this event. Each dish is paired with a beer from Pearl Street Brewery or wine!

Thai Grilled Sesame Shrimp – Vanilla Orange Hazy IPA

Burnt Ends with Bourbon BBQ Sauce – Burly Girl Stout

Sliced Blackened NY Sirloin with Gorgonzola – German Pilsner

Grilled Swordfish with Citrus Salsa – Blood Orange Wheat

Cherrywood Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thigh with Chipotle Aioli –  Giesen OP Sauvignon Blanc

A fun and delicious night to help us raise money for the Rock Foundation!  Door and cash bar at 5:30pm. Food and beverage pairings begin at 6pm. ONLY $60 a person and very limited! Your ticket includes a custom glass and sweet treat for you to take home. 21+ event. Bring cash for raffles!
