Welcome back spring by getting outside and helping to restore wildlife habitat at Sugar Creek Bluff State Natural Area! We’ll be restoring the lush forests of Sugar Creek Bluff by pulling and bagging invasive garlic mustard plants.
We’ll start the day with an ecology hike, followed by a session of removing invasive garlic mustard. Lunch will be provided, and we’ll round out the day with a couple more hours defending the forests from invasive species!
Volunteers who contribute at least 10 hours of their time receive a free one-year membership to Mississippi Valley Conservancy.
Please sign-up in advance (see tickets) so we know how much food and supplies to bring.
