LA CROSSE, Wis. — Downtown Historic Days La Crosse returns Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025, offering a free, one-day event filled with history, community, and local flavor. Hosted by Downtown Mainstreet in partnership with the Promotions & Events Committee, the celebration runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and invites visitors to step back in time while enjoying everything downtown has to offer.
The event combines historic tours and storytelling with live entertainment, local food vendors, and family-friendly activities. Organizers say the goal is to showcase the unique heritage of downtown La Crosse while also celebrating the businesses, nonprofits, and community groups that are shaping its future.
