SPRING COOKING EVENT

Join us at Black River Beach house on Tuesday May 23rd (5-7pm) for a very special night of food and fun!

Hosted by WIZM’s resident “foodie” Mike Hayes and Chef Tan, you’ll enjoy traditional Vietnamese dishes, while learning how to cook and prepare at home.

Tan is a native of Vietnam, who has lived in La Crosse for 46 years. Tan has traveled to Vietnam many times, and will share stories of Vietnamese culture and food experiences.

Menu: Traditional Vietnamese egg rolls, spring rolls, goi (Vietnamese chicken salad), and shrimp chips.

Check in at 5pm with class and dinner to follow. Your name will be a guest list at the door at Black River Beach Neighborhood Center (1433 Rose St, La Crosse). No hard tickets will be issued.
