This Sunday, the streets of La Crosse and Onalaska will look a little more refined as local motorcyclists suit up, trim their beards, and polish their boots for The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR).
Now in its 14th year globally and celebrating its 3rd year right here in the River City, the DGR is more than just a parade of vintage machinery. It is a global movement dedicated to raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health initiatives. These funds are invested globally to support men’s well-being.

Why We Ride
While the aesthetic is inspired by the “classic lines” of mid-century motorcycling, the mission is modern and vital. Men’s mental health is a conversation that often goes unspoken; by “riding dapper,” participants spark curiosity and open doors to discussions about well-being and community support.
Whether you are a rider or a spectator, we invite you to come out and support the cause. Seeing dozens of dapper gentlefolk winding through the heart of our city is a sight you won’t want to miss.
